Located in Bay Shore, New York, our USDA
meat facility extends across 24,000 square
feet. WB Stockyard features a conference
room and a test kitchen in which our
customers can sample any meat of their
choosing prepared by our executive chefs.
From the kitchen, guests can peer into the
dry aging room to see how our steaks attain
their robust, delicious flavor. Come visit us
and tour our state-of-the-art fabrication room,
where all of our steaks, chops and cutlets are
cut to our customers unique specifications. |
